Pros
Friendly people, age diverse, $2 hot lunches, on site gym, 40 hour work week.
Cons
Extremely strict with no flexibility. If you come in 2 minutes late, they want you to stay 2 minutes late (in a salaried position). Little to no autonomy and not enough work. Busy work is given when you ask for more to do. Only 10 vacation days is a huge disadvantage. You also only get 6 sick days and are not allowed to use them for your kids/family. Unpaid days are not an option.
