      Pros are the the positions are Virtual.

      Cons

      Everyone there acts like a gang of highschoolers. They constantly gossip about you and are very clickish. There is no training, no support, and a lack of structure yet you will be overloaded with work. If you have questions? figure them out as everyone is too overloaded with work to give a care. Very TOXIC environment

      Work-life balance. Great coworkers. Great opportunity to learn. Sophie and all the staff care about you. You feel supported.

      Pros

      The high volume made for great experience. Sophie is a very nice resin and great mentor.

      Cons

      Unfortunately you don’t work enough with her and management don’t have immigration experience. Want to lead operations but not considering rules of professional conduct. Great for a few months and then leave.
