Upward mobility seems scarce. Goals are sometimes unrealistic

Colleagues are very helpful. I loved my manager, she was very sweet and tried to help us get into better positions.

Other manager's were mean and entitled. If you're on the phone longer than 3 minutes...they are listening to your calls, micro-managing everything you do. Customer service isn't their goal, following a script to a T is. They want you to act like a robot. Also, upper management will barely take escalated calls, they want you to deal with the call yourself.
