Pros
Great benefits, health insurance is amazing, fair pay for entirely remote work.
Cons
Once you're hired on as a call center employee, you're locked in the call center for life. They'll let you interview for other positions but it's obvious that it's a 'who knows who', and they know before they interview the first applicant who they want to hire. Feedback on anything (interviews, job reviews, annual reviews) is vague and unhelpful. In the call center you get bombarded with callers with the most vicious kind of language and support is nil.
