1. There are no projects for Sharepoint and Mobile technology and resources are forced to work on data entry. 2. Management follows "Any Work, Penny Work" rule. 3. There is no work left in BI, but since BI department is female employees, they are treated delicately than other departments. 4. Despite rule, no female-employee comes on time. Flexi-timing used to be a good point but is now exploited. 5. Work from home facility is not allowed anymore, yet favorite and female employees get unfair advantage for this.
