Let me list a few positive points for this company which I noticed during my tenure: 1) No work pressure. 2) Flexible environment. 3) Work from home option. 4) This company has special likeness for all those women who has kid below "2-3" years. So if you are a working women and want a job which can provide flexibility to work half day from home and half day at office, this company is for you. If you are talented enough you can also ask for full day work from home at the time of interview with HR.
Cons
Below is the actual picture behind sweetness of the pros mentioned above: 1) Technology Domain: Your technology domain don't matter after you are hired. You are even forced to work on your least interested domain. 2) Promotion Title: No value given to the title you are promoted to. You will have to do the same thing you were doing before getting promoted. Performance reviews are always biased. 3) Management: The core exploit in this company is Management. The project management is haywire. The project has no proper documentation, no defined path, everyday you will receive something new which will be contrasting to the work you did previous day. 4) Special People & Women Oriented: This company has some special employees who they care the most because they are the ones who will never speak again any thing. 6) Performance Appraisal: There is no proper performance review system in place. On the scale of likeness they provide you raise.
