      Nice colleagues - departments are kind of cliquey but overall the people are fun to talk to

      Cons

      - Pay - the raises they give you don't help much - Upper management can be inflexible and uncommunicative... don't expect changes to be made - No room for promotion - Instability - Recurring mistreatment from the students you serve

      Pros

      Cohesive and inclusive. Growth and development are imbedded into the culture of Alexander College. Opportunities for advancement are available. When possible they promote from within.

      Cons

      Cons are minor. Unit managers and some teams are stretched. But these are typical growing pains for expanding organizations and will be remedied over time.
