Pros
AlgoSec has one of the most supportive and collaborative cultures I have been part of. The people are the best part of working here. There is a real sense of care across the company, and people take the time to help each other succeed. The culture is open, kind, and low on politics. Wins are celebrated, credit is shared, and people genuinely want to see their teammates do well. It does not feel like a place where people are competing against each other. It feels like a place where people are trying to make each other better. Leadership is also very accessible and engaged. There is a clear focus on customers, employees, and continuous improvement. I have seen leaders ask for feedback, listen to ideas, and give people room to take ownership when they identify a better way to do something. As a Customer Success Manager, I also appreciate how much the company cares about customers. The focus is not just on the product, but on helping customers get value, remove roadblocks, and succeed.
Cons
AlgoSec is growing, and with growth comes change. Processes, communication paths, and cross-team collaboration are still evolving. Things can move quickly, so you need to be comfortable adapting and helping improve how work gets done. This is not necessarily a negative, but it is something new employees should understand. The company is improving fast, and that means there will be moments where the process is still catching up with the pace of the business.
