Rich with opportunities to develop if you have a growth mindset. Many inspiring leaders and colleagues to interact with globally. Fosters a OneTeamOneGoal mentality. Fascinating industry and working with globally recognised brands.
Cons
Sometimes necessary to filter through the noise. Whilst I admire the positive culture and the message of disruption of market research, people can do better if they are challenging the status quo in day to day interactions. There are a few rare individuals who have this gift and I admire and observe their approach with interest.
