      Supportive colleagues, strategic leadership, flexibility, momentum, growth, product innovation, clear communication, work/life balance

      Cons

      In the past, there seemed to be periodic misalignment across departments and it would take ages to get things done. Now I feel we are aligned and moving in one direction together, getting things done more swiftly.
