Pros
An entrepreneurial company, if you agree with the owner on his life philosophy you will be richly rewarded. Working for a good cause. A valiant effort is made to train employees with their in house training.
Cons
Poorly managed. They are hiring constantly because people are constantly quitting. The warehouse operations appear to be very unsafe. The owner expects employees to attend his Titanium event each year from his performance coaching business, and if they don't he takes it personally and begins to bully employees he feels don't step in line with worshipping him. Company is so disorganized it is amazing they get anything done. Owner expects salaried employees to put 60 to 80 hours in a week - this is stated in the training. Short of that, you are seen as not committed to the company.
