Pros
Small start up with a personal feel and great employee base. Also an affluence in perks and goodies. The job is satisfactory, in a small company you sometimes have to wear many hats, which makes it a great learning environment and the people really are a home run.
Cons
Not a con to me - but the company is very small, and with that comes change from time to time. The company is constantly moving, growing and evolving, as does every company, which is certainly a good thing - but it may not be for every one.
