      Working with latest technologies Interesting projects Startup-like - freedom to use whatever you need to get the job done, direct interaction with the customers, not a lot of internal processes and bureaucracy All required certifications are paid by the company Great compensation package Flexible schedule and WFH Friendly colleagues, many of them quite experienced, you can ping anyone on Slack including higher mgmt

      Cons

      A bit of a chaotic onboarding, there was a delay of 2-3 days for all accounts to get provisioned. Otherwise, a great experience, friendly people, latest Macbook Pro / Windows laptop available Days can get busy and people want stuff done unlike in corporate environments

      Pros

      Nothing really positive - the AWS work maybe

      Cons

      Terrible management and project management especially bad - the pm’s only schedule meetings but act like they are in charge with no tech knowledge - they over meeting the client but do not realize it bc pm’s need something to do… they make money by using AWS MAP program which is AWS given money to customers to switch to AWS which goes to AC.
