      -Fun place to work with good people. -Higher-ups listen to employee feedback and make changes accordingly. -Good pay -Good overall atmosphere

      Cons

      Sometimes unsure where to go with certain questions because team structure is shifting so quickly. However, this "con" is better than having people micromanaging.

      Fully remote, autonomy and trust, steady growth, caring leadership that practices what it preaches, innovative, light-years ahead of the competition on innovation and AI. Poised to really take over employee-relations platforms as the go-to tool.

      Cons

      The company grew incredibly fast during 2022, which caused some painpoints. The company has fully adjusted and has a strong leadership in place now.

      - Internal culture is not healthy - "Psychological safety" does not exist - Leadership is not trustworthy - Constant personnel shifts with little to no explanation - Minimal HR presence despite creating an HR product - Obsession with AI "efficiency" and buying new tools (no change in productivity/efficiency)
