-Fun place to work with good people. -Higher-ups listen to employee feedback and make changes accordingly. -Good pay -Good overall atmosphere

Cons

Sometimes unsure where to go with certain questions because team structure is shifting so quickly. However, this "con" is better than having people micromanaging.

Pros

Great culture, growth opportunities, benefits, and work family. Leadership makes it easy to bring your whole authentic self to work and works hard to make sure that you feel supported, seen, and heard. We're a small team but our strength is in the great and talented people that I get to work with every day.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but we are growing pretty quickly and there are high productivity expectations. Leadership has done a great job with being transparent around where we need to be and how we need to get there.
