Treats their employees like children. Heavily monitored, scrutinized. Upper Management doesn't tell the team when vital people are leaving, everything is hushed. Others from outside teams can take over projects assigned to you, without them notifying you that they have just taken over and no consequences to them. No one get "Exceeds Expectations" on their year end review, unless they sell their soul to this company, even higher Management has essentially confirmed this. It is extremely hard to move up in this company, after grinding for over 7 years. I now come in do the bare minimum and leave. No motivation to try in this company anymore. AB pay is one of the lowest in the industry. They want everyone in the office for "in person collaboration", but then are told by management to only speak to those who have the same types of work. Meaning some people come in only to be isolated from the rest of the building, as they may be the only person from their team at their location.
