Pros
-Good work/life balance -Able to work with some really talented and intelligent individuals -For a junior person, you are able to learn alot about the industry and gain some meaningful exposure to the financial industry
Cons
-Little to no growth opportunities unless it's a lateral move -Compensation is well below market -Recognition is only given to those "superstars" within the firm -Cost cutting is very apparent, so much so that most employees are still thinking, "So, who's next on the block?"
