Pros
This is a high quality firm with good long-term prospects. The firm's intellectual capital and research engine remain top class, as does the product suite. The years of success have also resulted in the building of an excellent internal infrastructure.
Cons
I think the firm is still a bit too top heavy management wise and the lack of new blood and fresh ideas (coupled with unshaken hubris in the equity department) means that the equity performance turnaround still might take some time.
