      Pros

      Training was great. People in training really seemed to care. Pay was very good. A great place to be trained for your next job.

      Cons

      Spent all this time and money training you to do the job one way and then fire you for for doing it the way they trained you. What a waste of time and money, Managing Director was a joke.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
