Pros
Fair pay and great people who have the same laid-back culture you'd expect in PWM, just not the right fit for what I was looking for long term. The role is similar to a back office administration role in terms of operational duties, good opportunities to move up within the company and expand your role, however, there seems to be a lot of nepotism involved in who gets those opportunities.
Cons
The office I worked in seemed to have high turnover. Back office operational role disguised as a client-facing, front-office role. You definitely get client contact, just only when the clients need some basic operational task accomplished.
