      Lots and lots of very smart people No no diversity. Old white boys club

      Cons

      Condescension from the people that are suppose to be training and inspiring you. They ” test you and like to see you squirm and fail” one leader told a new employee Are you a moron - go home and learn the material.or get out.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
