Pros
It's a lay back environment, the co-workers are nice and friendly.
Cons
The pay is not competitive at all. The San Antonio office is a back office and for this reason management both in San Antonio and New York treat employee like children. Meaning, "do your job and be quiet... You're lucky to even have a job and especially working for AllianceBernstein."
