Pros
Lots of smart and capable employees. Some middle managers are strong. CEO is trying to energize product line. Very good cafeteria. Benefits are decent.
Cons
Compensation has been slashed or just going nowhere. Morale is pretty low-everyone is getting tired of trying to do the impossible for less money for a couple of years now. Performance is just not there in terms of keeping institutional clients or bringing in more. Leadership just does not communicate that much.
