      Provides food and beverages in the office.

      Cons

      The company prides itself on diversity and inclusion, but be careful. As you try to obtain certain positions in the company and make progression, you will start to see that is not the case. Office was heavily racially segregated when interning there.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
