      Pros

      Good mentors and culture in the Miami office compared to others in the country. Advisors are supportive and are keen in helping you grow as a professional.

      Cons

      The technology is a bit outdated and a good amount of time is wasted on tasks that are not high leverage which could really be outsourced. If this were to be done, Associates could spend more time working hand in hand with the Advisors and spending more time with clients rather than spending a bulk of their time on admin/operations.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
