      (1) Nice office space, (2) everyone is friendly and extremely hard-working

      Cons

      (1) Exceptionally high turnover rate, especially for associates, (2) my growth did not feel supported (and not confident it would be in the medium to long-term either), (3) outward favoritism

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
