Some of the managers are great, and actually helpful. Anthony one of the owners, was great. Training ok, but not long enough

FOr some reason, providers dislike ADS, many told me multiple times that ADS was either late or never paid them . There were prefered providers we were to call 1st, with preset rates.. when called, many were unaware of preset rates, and either laughed at it or downright, well, hostel. esp when u identified as allied . some managers, one in particular, made u feel like u were back in boot camp. One bad weather day, when some asked to leave early because of pending weather, he went beserk.. to the point of saying "No one is leaving the building before their shift is over" and that he would not allow them to leave the building period. near Hostage environment. many quit soon afterward,. Everyday rules seemed to change. Even by shift... and esp by manager. weekends, no 2 were alike as far as what the latest rules were.
