      Pros

      There is no pros to this company. I hear that 2 years ago it was a different place.

      Cons

      The turn over speaks for itself. If you are losing 70 people out of 90 hired within the first month on the floor. Wake up owners there is management problems. Being told after 3 hours on the phones that you cant take your break you got to wait how would management like to wait 4 hours to go to the bathroom. One manger that has had a million complaints that screams at people and dont help stands up front like its jail. If we stand up or even head toward the door to go to the bathroom we get screamed at

      Pros

      Supportive work environment with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and advance. The company promotes from within whenever possible and provides the resources needed to succeed. Supportive leadership and coworkers create a family-like culture that makes coming to work enjoyable.

      Cons

      The only downside is they like feeding us and I've definitely gained a little weight! 😀

      Pros

      I love the people I work with. I have been here since October 2025 and have gotten two promotions all within the span of 2 months (6 months in)! You have to love what you do in this industry. Doors are always opening here and as we continue to grow, more and more opportunities are opening up. I also got two $750 referral bonuses for getting my two sisters jobs here!

      Cons

      The hallways are kind of long, so its a decent walk to the bathroom. I'm hoping as we grown we will be able to work our way into our own building.
