Only the basic "pros" of a field sales position. Compensation and benefits are adequate but not special.

Cons

Poor production facilities. No investment in facility improvement. Downsizing. Closing of facilities. Leadership team lacks vision and ability to implement plans which is hard to do when you're constantly apologizing to customers

- lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

Cons

Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
