In my experience, Allygroup is a toxic workplace shaped entirely by the CEO’s intimidating and controlling leadership style. Yelling, Fear, micromanagement, and public criticism were normal, and psychological safety was absent. A small group of favoured employees appeared to enable this behaviour, valuing loyalty over competence and shutting down honest feedback. Morale was extremely low and turnover was high. Positive reviews mostly seem to come from current employees, while former employees consistently raise serious concerns, making the praise hard to trust. I would strongly advise staying away.

Cannot think of a single positive

I was severely bullied, and sent an email to upper management. Was sat down by the CEO and Chairman and was told "you're just too sensitive". My job was then terminated.
