      Pros

      There is not a single thing.

      Cons

      It's been a couple years and I am still traumatised by my time at AllyGroup. One of the most toxic, unpleasant and demoralising work places I have endured. When I look back at my time there, I shudder. The CEO is a terrible, sad and selfish person who does not actually value her employees, or clients. And don't get me started on the "Chairman"...who only holds that title so he feels important but doesn't actually contribute anything worthwhile.

      Majority of other team members were supportive in a hugely toxic work environment

      Cons

      Volatile CEO who lacks professionalism eg: regular emotional outbursts, screaming at staff, bullying New employees are "sold the dream", then discarded as soon as the CEO gets bored with them CEO does not take a shred of accountability for any of her actions My own mental health took a beating working here and I was definitely not the only one One of the biggest staff turnovers I have experienced in any workplace ever

      I met really great, intelligent people.

      CEO is a maniac who treats her staff as slaves. Constantly belittling and yelling at staff members. Regularly reducing staff members to tears. Constant change in org structure, no stability.
