Cons
One person can ruin insentives for the entire company leaving many who actually do their job with no insentives for their hard work and dedication. At first it seems like a pretty nice position to have, but after time goes by you see the favoritism and you see more and more things get taken from you. Cost of living wages in this company are nonexistent. There are no real annual reviews for raises. You have to beg to be considered for a raise even after being there for years. You don’t feel too valued from the hire ups. There are no bonuses. No insentives for bringing in revenue via units. If you don’t have a second income in your house hold you will NOT be able to afford the health insurance they offer you. Some say there is room for advancement but I’ve seen a bunch of highly educated and seasoned employees quit because they aren’t getting anywhere with their invested time. Micro managing is real within the company. Your supervisor cannot make any decisions without running it by there boss. When times get hard The woman who is in charge of the company yells and screams at employees. Most everyone has heard her take her frustrations out on her assistant admin. Yes, one must mean business when running a company but yellin, screaming and using a fear tactic will only continue a high turn over rate which ends up costing the company a lot of money.
