Pros
The company is working mainly in the educational track which has high business value and personal value as well. Very nice people and also comfortable/ flexible environment. They use modern technologies which made me bit challenged in the beginning. They also give high salary comparing to the market.
Cons
The business and priorities change very often in a way that may cause you to loose focus/ context sometimes, such issue could be bypassed by hiring more qualified technical calibers and sticking to short term plans.
