1. Freshers get to work on latest technologies and projects very fast because they want people who can work on less salary and long hours. 2. You can work for 2 years for experience and then switch.
Cons
1. You have to work overtime daily. No fixed hours. 2. Only 5% women in the organization because there are long work hours and no cab facility. 3. They hire employees who seem needy and from unprivileged backgrounds. 4. No PF 5. No OT compensation and comp-off 6. Pirated windows used in PCs. The PCs are similar to the ones used in colleges. 7. Office vibe is like banks.
