Pros

-Middle managers and directors are good people. -They have a number of AI tools to help you be productive

Cons

Aloware is a poorly run company and executive level management does not respect or value their employees. The people who are giving the high ratings you see on Glassdoor are mostly the ones whose managers tried hard to be a buffer between them and executive leadership or are friends of the CEO - there is a good deal of nepotism in the company. Some who work there were friends with the CEO before he started the company and really are not qualified to run the business. Prior to Aloware, their Chief of Staff for example did not have the executive experience needed for a role of this level and this has had clear downstream implications. Everyone there has a sense of fear that they could lose their job at any moment and without warning. Work/life balance is non-existent there and there is always a feeling of big brother watching you. They had hired a COO to try to put some structure in place and foster some stability, and that person lasted less than 6 months in role. Same happened to some directors (who were also talented people). It seems if you try to demonstrate a little autonomy in your role and raise your hand about red flags you notice, you likely will be met with resistance and possibly terminated. Also, the company is constantly pivoting strategy which results in all the hard work you've put in essentially going down the drain.

Pros

The Aloware contact center product on the market, the product is amazing. The in-office sales and marketing team is amazing. Working closely with the CEO (Anoosh) made me ramp up much faster.

Cons

A true startup, if that's not your speed, then this could be a con. I learned it wasn't for me.
