We did have to reconsider our strategy and adjust to the current market environment, in fact we are reconsidering the strategy on a weekly basis, that’s just how startups operate. Unfortunately, some positions were phased out as it did not fit into our forward looking strategy. We are still hiring for other positions, however, because those positions play an essential role in our strategy and we cannot pause hiring there.
