Pros

Remote work and salary I can say.

Cons

Several points to highlight: 1. Starting with the bosses, Anoosh and Sohrab make last-minute decisions that have to be executed in the following days because they set a deployment date. If everything isn’t completed by then, they deduct from your KPIs (a terrible system for evaluating programmer productivity). Anoosh doesn’t allow the use of artificial intelligence and is completely against it. 2. In all meetings, they emphasized that they aim for long-term relationships and would notify employees if there was a drop in performance to address weak points. None of this happened. Whenever they fired someone, it was on the last day of the month, with no prior warning, from one minute to the next. 3. They don’t have clear goals. During the week, they can change the tickets you need to work on up to 10 times. I ended up working 10 to 12 hours a day to meet deadlines (the stress I had was insane). 4. Deployments are manual, and for the next four days (including Saturdays and Sundays), you have to be on call. If they message you, you have a maximum of 15 minutes to respond, or you’d face problems. All the companies I worked for before were excellent, and I would gladly return. In this case, even if they paid me ten times my current salary, I wouldn’t come back. If you want to have a social life, do sports, and work without pressure in a toxic environment, this is definitely not the company for you.

Pros

The Aloware contact center product on the market, the product is amazing. The in-office sales and marketing team is amazing. Working closely with the CEO (Anoosh) made me ramp up much faster.

Cons

A true startup, if that's not your speed, then this could be a con. I learned it wasn't for me.
