      Not at all. Only thing you will learn here is how to make someone uncomfortable and unhappy and make them feel that you are unworthy.

      Cons

      Anything you can think of. They are full of them. Nothing is good over there. CEO thinks that he is god. - worst culture - no work ethics. No respect for employees. - CEO is the worst. He will make you feel like that you are worthless. - Never join this company. I repeat 'never'.

      -Expect to work beyond your stipulated working hours without any additional pay. -Micromanagement, bosses will frequently doubt your abilities instead of encouraging you to learn more. -No sign of long term stability for an employee's stand point. -No credible letter of appointment or relieving letter is given.
