      Pros

      Employees are a fun group of talented and hardworking people.

      Cons

      Felt like we were all executive assistants for the founders. A lack of any sort of direction, vision or define processes. I had the impression that the company exists solely to inflate the valuation so the founders can exit. I hope I’m right as this would be the only reason it makes sense that the company is run the way it is.

      Pros

      The facility staff and residents are the only thing that makes it worthwhile

      Cons

      Toxic, punitive work environment. Never get praise for a job well done. Try to disguise over billing as helping the patient. It’s impossible to decrease hours or change facilities once you’re hired.
