Lots of mooolahhhh low stress

Pay is good. Co workers/field staff are supportive of each other, in office management do what they can to be supportive, often their hands are tied by upper management

There is a communication wall between upper management and the employees that are in the field. At times expectations are unrealistic. Upper management seldom at the work location, decisions are made for the company from an ivory tower not from hands on experience. When upper management is in house they make promises they do not intend to keep, ie. end of year and or quarterly bonuses/ incentives. Employee moral has gone down since alternate solutions bought our company, employees feel like unheard pawns in their for profit establishment.
