Pros
the agency is mostly client centered
Cons
I initially loved working at this agency, but over the past year, the environment has deteriorated significantly. The owner began bringing in 'consultants' for nearly every aspect of the business, resulting in key decisions being made by individuals who aren’t engaged in the day-to-day operations. This disconnect has led to poorly executed initiatives and avoidable errors—issues that could have been resolved if the staff were included in the process.
Furthermore, leadership is now almost exclusively composed of external hires, making upward mobility nearly impossible for even the most committed employees. There's also a clear lack of fairness in decisions regarding remote work. Some employees have been forced to leave because they needed hybrid schedules, while new hires are being brought on with the option to work fully remotely.
These issues have contributed to an alarming turnover rate over the past year, with employees either leaving by choice, being pushed out, or being terminated without any notice.
