Pros
Many people are committed to giving their best effort. They have positives working for them such as good marketing, on-staff chefs to teach end users how to use their equipment, clean shop work space, and an understand that they want to better the company.
Cons
Constant pressure cooker environment, disrespectful top management that some people actually fear. Do not have enough maintenance men, manufacturing engineers and several other types of personnel to appropriately service this size of company or the growth they are trying to sustain. This leads to problems which flow downstream. High levels of turnover results from this environment.
