1. Your life depends on which team you’re in. Some of the teams are good but some are really really bad. 2. Some managers lack the knowledge and skills that a manager should have. No direction, they don’t even know how to do the task and ask you to finish. When things go wrong, they blame you. 3. Discrimination - only favours specific race and gender. Treat everyone differently. 4. Micro management in everything which doesn’t make any sense, they just want to please their upper tier management. 5. Hierarchy - the managers think that they are the king/queen, treat you as a number, treat you as a robot, just a machine to help them put numbers together. Doesn’t engage with people. 6. One-way performance review, doesn’t give you a chance to reflect on your feedback. 7. No career development. Just focus on making profit for the company. Not investing in employees. Managers discourage career aspirations and ambitions. Not allowing for client relationship development/networking or career development. 8. Don’t join this company unless you’re of a particular gender/race/is local.
