Some people, mainly one has become a bully because of his status in the company and considers himself to be the master of everything and discourages youngsters from achieving their true potential People have a philosophy in the company that real work begins after 5 pm in the evening and continues till late night. In fact, the aforementioned bully considers it a crime if someone under him tries to leave even after 8 pm even though he himself arrives in office after 12 pm.
