WORST COMPANY, NOT GOOD FOR EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS

Nothing much except some good colleagues.

Everything is con here... poor salary.. poor projects, some third grade layman type managers; most of the positive reviews are written by Company HR and management people or some third class managers /team leaders who are oiling the management and staying here for a long time without any basic knowledge. If you join, you will start feeling the pressure right after you are assigned to any project. The projects are also having some pathetic clients with some pathetic team leaders. The HR and management always convey to the employees that we remain in Alumnus as a family but in reality there is just the opposite. Hire and fire policy is too much here in Alumnus if you do not put butter to your manager. It is only good if u join as a fresher but for n experienced person > 4-5 years, this company is like a death sentence for you. (My review is a genuine one after working here for nearly 6 years and I am not biased or provoked by anything or anyone)
