[SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO OR EVEN MINUS RATING TO THIS FALTU ORGANIZATION WHICH IS ONLY MEANT FOR SOME RAW QUALITY JUNIORS / FRESHERS] I am currently working as a senior Developer and thus would like to highlight the true picture of this third grade company from inside. There are some people who are only working in this company for 10+ years and they are so bad in technical aspects and communications that no other company will even think of taking them. Third grade HR and finance, third grade IT and ADMIN.. They can solve your problems after several days only with lots of hassles . Some projects are truly good but some are really pathetic. No proper policies and don't know why this company has so many good reviews believe me. In January, 2023 my project was suddenly changed without any prior notice. Some C and D grade seniors are ruining this third grade company with pathetic management skills. Even some clients do not know how to speak in English properly, such pathetic communication skills.
