They completely overwork their employees. They assign you 4-7 claims a week while expecting you to have a 100% closing ratio. There is clear favoritism. When complaints are made about certain people nothing happens if they have a good relationship with management. Meanwhile others can make the smallest mistake and get written up. The managers at the Utah office are toxic. People refuse to work under certain managers yet nothing is done to fix management, they’re just switched teams… people have quit over the way they’re treated and I’m one of them. The stress was turning my hair gray.
