      Pros

      Really good atmosphere. I worked in Vienna, Austria which was a really nice place to work/live. I had the chance to meet wonderful people and work with cheerful teams all over the world (especially in Asia).

      Cons

      No enough career perspectives. Sometimes, I felt that the company is not structured enough (maybe the IT dept is too young or too "agile") and that it was lacking basic/elementary processes that would simplify the work of many teams.

      Diverse and international work environment, colleagues from many countries Good opportunity to take responsibility early in projects Flexible working style, some projects allow remote work Exposure to different industries and clients, great for learning quickly Supportive team culture, managers are approachable

      Salary could be more competitive compared to bigger tech companies Sometimes frequent changes of project assignment depending on client needs Career path is not always clearly defined, depends on self-initiative
