Pros
Good technology. Good spirit. Talented co-worker sometimes. Easy to transfer after 1 year stay. Work life balance is actually fair in Sunnyvale. I got some perks regarding my vacation (not having to file time sheet). Some of the experience is eye-opening (such as hour tracking that you hate but it might shade light on how you can be more efficient). Best for people as a jumping board but not really good for long term family life.
Cons
little coaching. If you are like me on the web stack side, you don't get useful coaching until you travel to Seattle. Stack ranking. Compensation is slightly above average but way behind top payers. Some team started to track hours and it is pain in the *ss if it is done as a routine.
