Pros
Barely have to communicate with anyone. Just come in and do your job, check in with managers here and there. Pretty straight forward job, especially if you’re on a cherry picker. The packing area you have to engage a bit to make sure shipments are out on time, same with dock which has about 2-3 people and a manager. Pretty cool. Easiest warehouse job, no interview, there is group training.
Cons
Only con I really have is managers being unorganized here and there and switching you back and forth between departments. Especially during holidays. I’ll say just stay to yourself. With people comes many problems.
